The thirteenth Worddly writing prompt!
The morning was still, pristine, until the silence was shattered by the report of a single shot.This week's writing prompt was submitted by, Christopher Smith. The next writing prompt will be submitted Thursday, January 28th.
Chris had originally intended to submit this prompt several weeks ago at the beginning of deer hunting season. But due to some concern over world events at that time, we ultimately decided to hold off posting the prompt. I really hated to do that to Chris, but it seemed the right thing to do and Chris was great about it!
